1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
a bit of vanilla extract
chocolate chips
Method: Mixed all the ingredients well. Easy peasy =)
Tetiba je buat cookies ni tanpa dirancang.... Pegi dapur nak masak air, nampak brown sugar dan tepung memanggil-manggil. Terus capai bowl, amek measuring cups, and VOILA! Jadilah cookies ini half an hour later. How its taste? Not so bad I guess hehe. It's my second trial of making cookies. Just a bit too sweet for me. But hey! We need our sugar once a while right? =D
